Joined Arcsus in 2023 bringing over 30 years IT experience to an already well-established team with a fresh pair of eyes and a vision to expand and develop the existing Arcsus team. Many of our clients have been with us for over 20 years owing to the extraordinary level of service provided and we aim to scale this success up into becoming one of the most respected IT companies in the Midlands in the coming years.

Andrew Swann

Technical Director

With 10 years under his belt at Arcsus there isn’t much that Andy hasn’t installed, fixed or dealt with in his time. Specialties include Cyber Security, Office 365 integrations, Switching, Routing and network infrastructure. Your business will be in very safe hands under Andy’s team of engineers.

Operations Director

With over 9 years at Arcsus, James has an extremely broad depth of knowledge on the running of a busy IT company, from a comprehensive understanding of IT issues to HR and insurance, financials and day to day staffing issues, James is the perfect leader in his field.

Nathan Jones

Third Line Project Engineer

Nathan is a highly skilled third line engineer who shares some of the more challenging projects with our Technical Director, Andy. Nathan has expertise in cloud based development including Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Intune and SharePoint. Installation and maintenance of 3CX telephone systems. Extensive knowledge of ITIL procedures , Backup Policy Setup, Virtual Networks, AD & Azure AD synchronization and architecture design.

Dominic Clapham

Second Line Engineer

Dom is the go-to guy when IT issues need to be escalated up the line. He has an in-depth IT knowledge built up over many years configuring and maintaining networks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing server systems, implementing cybersecurity measures and supporting end-users with technical problems. An all rounder who you can trust to keep your business running smoothly.

First Line Engineer

Liam is one of our First Line engineers working on helpdesk support, responding to user enquiries, technical issues, and service requests, Always cheerful and happy to help, Liam is also studying in his spare time to gain additonal qualifications to further his career in IT .

Bharat Dhaker

Senior Dev Ops Engineer

Bharat is our expert Dev Ops engineer providing front and back-end Web and App Development. He is a skilled developer of bespoke applications written in a variety of languages to the customer’s exact specifications. Fixing problems in existing applications written by other developers is one of the more challenging aspects of his job, but one that he relishes and rises to daily.

Aaron is one of our rising stars on the IT helpdesk. Hard-working and dedicated to providing the best possible support to our clients. He is always keen to learn new skills and is studying hard for additional qualifications to help him progress his career.

Caroline is our accounts and admin manager, keeping everything on track behind the scenes. Without her steadying influence, meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, Arcsus would probably not be where it is today.

Ryan is our extremely talented digital media expert. A child prodigy, building his first computer at 8 years of age, he found his passion for digital media in his early teens. Now approaching 30 it’s fair to say he’s become pretty good at it and we are lucky to have him aboard.
